What began as just another day, June 3, 1921,
in Pueblo, Colorado changed dramatically
when an unexpected cloudburst ushered in
a devastating flood. The widespread disaster
was quickly followed by an amazing recovery
led by our citizens’ incredible resolve.
After one hundred years, a breathtaking
Riverwalk has emerged from the ruins.
Motivated by the spirit of our community,
three Pueblo entrepreneurs have created a
brand-new dining experience. In memory of the
1921 flood and its impact on Pueblo . . .
Twenty One Steak has risen.
